Over the years I have had some ideas about stories I'd like to see written. Maybe after I retire I will have time enough to write some of them up. (Of course, by then some of the stories will be hopelessly obsolete.) This page collects a few of those ideas, and some of the fictional writing that I have done. I have thought about different types of fiction, but to be honest, most of my fiction comes under the title Science Fiction. I remember when I was in High School thinking that I was tired of reading fiction, and (my thoughts at the time) it was time for me to start writing something. Unfortunately, I didn't following through with that idea at that time. Surprisingly (to those people who know me) I gave serious thought to becoming an English major as an undergraduate. I gave into pressure, however, and got a major in Mathematics like everyone expected, adding a major in Chemistry for fun in my spare time. |
